A Length

Start the measuring tape at the collar's top (high point shoulder) and extend it down to the shirt's bottom.

B Width

Begin at one side of the chest area with the measuring tape and stretch it across to the other side.

C Sleeve length

Start with the measuring tape at the collar's center back, proceed along the sleeve's top seam. At the shoulder, secure the tape and continue down the sleeve to the hem.
